How delivery works
Every order is fulfilled by a verified store, not by us, so a delivery promise is that store's promise — and we hold them to it.
Closest store first
When several verified stores stock the same item, checkout prefers the one in your state. It is usually cheaper and always faster. This is a ranking, not a restriction — if the store you want is in another state you can still choose it, and the longer promise is shown before you confirm.
Why an order sometimes arrives in pieces
If your basket comes from more than one store, it ships from more than one place.
You are told before you pay
Checkout shows the split and each part's promise. A surprise second delivery is a support ticket; a disclosed one is a choice.
Each part is tracked separately
Because each part is a different store's responsibility. Your order page shows them side by side rather than averaging them into one status.
When something is late
- 1. The store's delivery performance is measured continuously — lateness is visible to us without you reporting it.
- 2. Persistent lateness costs a store its traffic before it costs you a gift. Quality scores decide who gets ranked first.
- 3. If your order is past its promise, contact us with the order number. Value that has not been fulfilled goes back to the card it came from.
Gifts are different from orders
A gift card arrives instantly — there is nothing to ship. Delivery only applies once the person receiving it buys something physical, and then it is their delivery address and their choice of store, not yours.
